For breakfast, you can enjoy our famous "Spanish Breakfast". For dinner, you can enjoy "Miyama's Chicken Sukiyaki" through the year. From April to October, you can order "Casa Miyama BBQ ". Only In winter we also serve "Botan Nabe", hot pot with boar meat from Miyama. Of course, you are also welcome to bring your own food to cook on your own. Casa Miyama has a tiled kitchen with a Spanish marble sink, rice cooker, toaster, microwave oven, pots, frying pans, cassette stove, hot plate, cooking utensils, seasonings (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, soy sauce, mirin, sake, vinegar), tableware, cutlery, cups, wine glasses, etc. Bring your favorite ingredients and drinks to enjoy cooking in our inspiring kitchen.
Breakfast
You can enjoy our famous "Spanish Breakfast" that is made of local products from Miyama and topnotch imported products from Spain. The breakfast is served at Cuina Miyama, attached house next to Casa Miyama, from 8am to 9am. Meals have to be ordered at least 3 days in advance.

You are free to bring in your own food to cook, but we also offer dinner such as "Chicken Sukiyaki". "Casa Miyama BBQ", "Spanish DInner", and "Botan Nabe".

"AYU", Sweetfish, from Miyama River

Miyama is famous for sweet fish, AYU. In summer you will see many people are fishing AYU with their long fishing rods in the Miyama River. You can add this famous sweetfish to your BBQ.

Dessert:Homemade Gelato Miyama wild boar meat hot pot is available only in winter when local hunters hunt wild pigs. The vegetables to cook with boar meat are from local famers as much as possible. It also comes with cooked rice that is harvested in the village of Casa Miyama and pickles made in Miyama.

BBQ with your own food
from April to October
This is a barbecue tool set when you bring in food on your own. The set includes Weber's BBQ gas grill, 2 terrace tables, 8 terrace chairs, parasol, tarp (for rainy weather), cutting board, carving knife & fork, tongs, barbecue plate, and disposable chopsticks. A bonfire wood stove (not available in rainy weather) can be rented for 2,200 yen per use (including firewood). Please refrain from bringing in BBQ stoves or bonfire stand.
