Information on Your Stay

Check-in: 15:00 Check-out: 10:00 *Early check-in (13:00) and late check-out (12:00) are available for a fee (¥11,000 per building including tax).   Capacity: 8 people + 2 children (0-5 years old) *Please contact us if you have more than 8 people.   Child price: 0-5 years old is ¥2,000 per child. *Children over 6 years old will be charged the regular price.   Cancellation fee: 21 days to 15 days before check-in:: 30% of the total accommodation fee 14 days to 8 days before check-in:: 50% of the total accommodation fee　 7 days to 1 day before check-in: 80% of the total accommodation fee The day of check-in or No Show:: 100% of the total accommodation fee　 *The cancellation policy is a little strict because the entire building is reserved for only one group per day. We appreciate your understanding.  

Agreements

Regardless of intention or negligence, the hotel will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur within the facility.   We are not responsible for any injuries, burns, or fires caused by using any equipment or tools, including wood stoves.   It is prohibited to make loud noises, vibrations, smells, or other acts that may disturb the neighbors.   It is prohibited to bring in dangerous goods and act contrary to public order and morals.   Regardless of intentional or negligence, if the interior or equipment is damaged or lost, the user will be responsible for all damages, and may be required to pay compensation.   Due to the thatched wooden construction, smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please smoke in the designated outdoor smoking area. If we found that you smoked inside the building, you will be fined up to 300,000 yen according to Japanese law. Please refrain from using e-cigarettes as well.   Before making a reservation, be sure to read the privacy policy and accommodation agreement.
